The Chief Champion of the Liberia Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (LEITI) and President of the Republic of Liberia, Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf during the week appointed a new Multi-stakeholders Steering Group (MSG) to steer the affairs of the EITI process in Liberia for the next three years. The appointment of new MSG is in-keeping with the Act which established the LEITI.
